Songs for Sunday 12-23

The Christmas season is pretty awesome. When everyone in our gathering joins together and sings Christmas songs it is beautiful! This is the last Sunday in Advent. If you are around Athens this weekend come and join us.

In case you missed it last week here is a short explanation of Advent: Since the fourth century, the Church has celebrated the season of Advent (which means “coming” or “arrival”) starting on the fourth Sunday before Christmas day. The celebration of Advent helps us focus our attention on Jesus Christ’s birth and ministry as well as his promised return. (taken from 2010 Advent devotional Christ the King Presbyterian Church)

Go Tell It On The Mountain

Angels We Have Heard On High

Just a heads up: All the links do not represent the arrangements we do weekly. We typically add our own twist to all the songs we play. The links are to be helpful for those that may not have a clue what the song sounds like. If you would like a chord chart email us at
